Refund & Return Policy

At Drink Local MD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.


30-Day Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and issue refunds within 30 days from the date of purchase.

To qualify:

  • Items must be in new, unused condition.

  • Items must include all original packaging, accessories, and tags (if applicable).

  • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt).

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow time for your financial institution to complete the transaction.


Defective or Damaged Items — 90-Day Replacement or Refund

If your item arrives defective or becomes defective through normal use, we will make it right.

For defective products reported within 90 days of purchase, we offer:

  • A replacement of the same item,

  • A replacement of a similar item (if the original is no longer available), or

  • A full refund.

Please contact us with photos or a description of the issue so we can quickly evaluate and resolve the problem.
